Unit 6   Let’s go by taxi

教学目标
1、能听得懂、会说、会读单词 a theatre,  by train, by bus, by plane, by taxi.
2、能听得懂、会说、会读日常交际用语Let’s go by taxi. How do we go there? Shall we go to --- by ----? Is this --- for --- ?及其回答,语音语调正确。
3.整体感知并理解课文内容,会读并尝试课文角色表演。
3、能在具体的情境中,正确地运用句子:Let’s go by taxi. How do we go there? Shall we go to --- by ----? Is this --- for --- ?及其回答。
教学重点:

1. 能正确地朗读单词:theatre, shall, 正确认读单词中th, sh的发音。
2. 能在具体的情境中,正确地运用句子:Let’s go by taxi. How do we go there? Shall we go to --- by ----? Is this --- for --- ?及其回答。
教具准备:
多媒体课件、单词、句型卡片, 练习纸等

Step 2: Revision
1. Play a game: Listen and guess
T: OK, let’s play a game first. Please listen what are they.
媒体播放各种交通工具的声音,让学生听后猜猜是哪种交通工具,然后一一呈现图片及单词:a plane, a train, a bike, 其中汽车喇叭声可引出:a car, a taxi, a bus
复习以前所学过的交通工具。
2. Chant
T:You did a good job. You find the vehicles in our life. With them, we can go everywhere easily. Now, let’s chant them.
Plane, plane, by plane
Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go by plane.
Train, train, by train.
Let’s go, let’s go,  let’s go by train.
Bus, bus, by bus.
Let’s go, let’s go,  let’s go by bus.
Taxi, taxi , by taxi.
Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go by taxi.
揭题:Today, let’s learn: Unit 6 Let’s go by taxi.
Step three. Presentation.
1. 出示课文中的人物:David and Nancy.
T: Who are they? They want to go out. Where are they going? Let’s watch and see.
PPT呈现问题:
           David and Nancy want to go to the ________.
           A. cinema   B. theatre    C. supermarket
观看第一幅图的对话,
找出问题答案,进行单词教学。th朗读指导,通过thank, mouth 归纳th 的发音。
2. T: We can see plays in a theatre.
Let’s read:
Theatre, theatre.
Go to the theatre.
Let’s go to the theatre.
T: Let’s go to the theatre, OK? Please invite me.
  与学生进行示范练习。
Now,Please invite your friends.
PPT 呈现句型:A: Let’s go to the theatre.
               B: Great./ OK./ All right.
                    But how?
                 A: Let’s go by ______. / By_______.
                 B: OK./ All right.
                    Let’s go.
学生用以上句型同桌练习。
3. T:OK, let’s go to the theatre. We also can say: Shall we go to the theatre?
教学Shall we go to the theatre?
分步教学:sh的发音指导,联系she,shirt归纳sh的发音。
金字塔形式语调朗读练习。
                     Shall we?
                    Shall we go?
                Shall we go to the theatre?
开火车形式用新句子发出邀请。Shall we go to the theatre?
                            Great!
3. T: OK. Shall we go to the theatre with David and Nancy?
Ss: OK.
T: But how?.
OK, let’s listen and see. How do they talk about it? Please find the sentences?
   PPT呈现第一幅图的对话:
  学生交流句子,然后依次教学两个句子。
金字塔形式练习How do we go there?的朗读。
                 There,there.
                 Go there.
               How do we go there?
小组连读句子:How do we go there?
T: How do we go there?(引导学生回答Shall we go to the theatre by bus?)
   OK.
听读句子录音,手势指导语调朗读,请个别学生练习。
4.PPT完整地呈现第一幅图的情境对话,听一听,读一读.
教学过程中理解How do we go there?中there的具体内容。
自读一遍
归纳:David and Nancy want to go to the _________ by _________.
5. T:OK. Let’s go to the theatre by bus. PPT呈现车站很多车子。
But there are so many buses. Which one shall we take? Let’s see how does David do?
      PPT 呈现David询问司机的情境:Excuse me. Is this bus for the theatre?
      学生听读句子,教师手势指导语调朗读。
      Can you try?请几个学生询问。呈现司机的回答。
T:This bus isn’t for the theatre. Now, let’s try to find the bus for the theatre.
(PPT呈现几辆公交车,让学生练习,根据公交车所提供的行程路线进行回答:No,it isn’t.或Yes, it is.)
6. 当PPT呈现第二幅图.。学生练习后T: Great. This bus if for the theatre. Hey, David and Nancy, Let’s go by this bus. PPT 呈现第三幅图的对话。
T: Do they go by bus?
T: Why?
T: We are late. Let’s go by taxi.
完整呈现三、四幅图,跟读录音一遍。
PPT呈现:At last(最后),David and Nancy go to the________ by ______.
  学生交流
7. 完整跟读对话一遍,尝试为角色配音。
角色扮演。
Step 4: Practice and consolidation.
1. 结合板书总结怎样出行及可以用到的句子,包括以前学的句子
呈现:1. 规划出行地点。(First, suggest to go out. Which sentences can we use?)
2. 选择交通工具。(Second, choose the vehicle, What can we say?)
         3. 询问正确车次。(Third, If we go by bus, by plane, by train, we should
find the right one. How do we ask?)
   学生根据教师的引导说出句子。教师把相关句子帖放到一起。
2. 分组设计周末出行路线,用所学过的句子编一个小对话。
  PPT提供几个地点供学生参考,给出路程及可供选择的交通工具。
  T: OK. You did a good job! Now, Let’s make a plan for this weekend.
Hello, XXX. Let’s go to Jusha Park.
  S: ….But how?/ How do we go there?
  T: Shall we go to the park by bike?
  S: ….
  再与一名学生练习,用到by bus, 并一起去询问公交车司机。
  学生小组练习,抽一到两组展示。
3. 情境题练习。
T:You are so good. Now, let’s do the exercise.
PPT呈现情境题,让学生选择。
1). 你想建议爸爸妈妈一起去超市,你可以说:
A. Let’s go to the supermarket.
B. Shall we go to the supermarket?
C. How do we go to the supermarket?
2). 杨玲不知道和你坐什么交通工具去海南,你建议乘飞机去,可以说:
A. Shall we go to Hainan by plane?
B. Let’s go  by plane.
C. By plane.
3). 你想知道乘什么交通工具去苏州,你可以问:
A. Let’s go to Suzhou by bus.
B. But how?
C. How do we go to Suzhou?
4).在火车站,你想确认这列火车是不是去西安,你可以问:
   A.Excuse me, is this bus for Xi’an?
   B.Excuse me, this train is for Xi’an.
   C.Excuse me, is this train for Xi’an?
5). 暑假,我们全班一起去北京旅游,你会建议选择一下哪一种交通工具?
   Shall we go to Beijing by _____?
   Let’s go to Beijing by _____.

1. Finish the exercise sheet. (完成练习纸)
2. Listen and repeat the text.(听并跟读课文)
3. Make a plan for May Day (五一节)with your parents.(和父母一起为五一节外出作计划)
